hey all...

short story bout me: i started poker in 2006 with 50$, earned like 40k with 9man sngs, Dons and HU SNG... i cashed out all the time and startet back in may 2010 with heads up sngs on stars, 10s, 20s and 30s.

After black friday (coincidance) nothing runs for me... i had a really long streak in break even in money, in break even in EV and from the op approx. 30 buyins down, which is really much for husng but kind of tilt was with it i guess...

i wasnt that big grinder, i am just 1 tabling a few evening a week but currently i dont know how to move on... i cashed out like everything but i have no problem wiht deposing back if needed.

currently i am playing 7s on stars but it will not run as expected... only break even like the last 6 month...

here some graphs to ask you if it still make sense that i play and if those swings (like 30 buyins) a normal or if the game is way to tough currently...

i am not sure if graphs are very fishy or if it could be still variance (it always COULD, i know, but if its likely the variance or not)

also ur graph seems okay and ur volume is fine, keep learning and putting volume in.

+1.

Try taking a couple weeks off and study. Then grind it out.

Charts look fine, really fine. We should all run so bad. Look up any successful player on Sharkscope, zoom in to a 500 game zone and you will see they all run ugly at times. I don't care who the player is, everyone has a slump.

Study up a bit, say one video a night, five a week from a good teaching site. Your game will come around. I would bet on you.

Anything sub $30 are all going to be the same type of player, in my experience. Who knows maybe there are more plus ROI players playing at the times you are playing. I know after 2000 hours my time, the HU matches are more lucrative. Think about it.

Maybe take a half dozen coaching sessions, nothing like a 1 on 1 to really cut to the heart of the matter.

I've had a few 30BI drops in hypers but I'm a winning player over a fairly good-size sample (I'm at the 60's nipping 100's now)..you can and will recover if you've got the skills.

Never had that big a drop in turbos tho (which is your game I believe)..maybe ask others about that (biggest in turbos was like 15-20BI I think)

Since you are just one-tabling, and playing only a few days a week, your volume is going to be a lot lower than many people on this forum. So when they go on 500 game break-even stretches, that might just be a weeks worth of games, while for you its many months. Your graph looks great, I know a lot of people that would kill for it. Just hang in there and keep focused, and find interesting spots from each session and review them.

have a friend go over large pots with you via teamviewer and HEM, also, clean up your desk area (if its cluttered), one table, and make sure you close everything besides the poker client.

and never play when tired/mad/horny etc
