Okay I'll keep this short.

I used to post on this forum as French_Kido and scammed Jennifer_Garner for $1,000. I'll not make excuses for that but i did intend on paying it back however he did someone for 6k before i could get to it. Like i say my behaviour is inexcusable and I've lied to so many good people over the last few years. All i can hope is that you are intelligent enough to forgive me and understand that i made a massive mistake. I have tried to be as honest as possible since this and i hope people will recognize that.

I can't say much more to you all except I'm deeply sorry and saddened by my own actions and i hope i can recover from this moment in my life.

I've been talking with THOAC tonight and can confirm this isn't a joke. He's provided a ton of details that would be extremely difficult to fake.

I'm pretty blindsided given what good friends we've been and how upstanding thoac has been in all of our interactions over the last 2.5 years. He's been one of my best friends in the poker world and I'd still lend him money tomorrow.

He deserves to get it hard for what he did and I think he knows that.

First of all I'm just wondering how you came to make this thread? Did someone find out and tell you to own up or they would? Or did you out of the blue confess or something?

THOAC IMed me drunk tonight. I asked him "whatever happened to French_Kido?" somewhat out of the blue of the conversation, really wondering about the IP match. He immediately confessed it was him without any further prodding.

Yeah i always knew Mers would be the first person i told and it was always going to come out eventually.

Lol sick. I sometimes wondered what became of F_K, cause he seemed to not be a ****** in his posts for the stakes he played. Been so long though.

THOAC = F_K? WTF. I always knew u were a douche, THOAC, now u fessed it to the world. Once a douche, always a douche they say.

Just out of curiosity can you give details about that scam? It must be quite a while ago because I am sure before BF 1k is not too much for you. Perhaps the 1k can be returned to the party that he in turn cheated from others?

I mean I think you're a good player, poster, and a reg I respect, and confessing quickly like that is not easy to do. I cannot judge you, but I know others will, so I hope this gets resolved for everyone eventually, and you earn deserving trust from the community once again. gl

lol poker is so shady sometimes. i 100% wouldnt pay him back if he scammed someone, but id pay the person he scammed 1k ainec. but also huge lol at jg crying in the thread if he turns around and scams someone for much more. how hard is it to just be honest? 1k is definitely owed to someone here though, him being dishonest doesn't absolve you from your scam.

It's disappointing when you hear about these things because it makes you lose faith in everyone in the poker community. I've fortunately dealt with lots of honest people with poker deals involving lots of $, particularly a very nice guy in hsplo, but hearing things like this would never want me to stake somebody or do large deals unless I knew them well IRL.

lol this. I remember being very surprised when he did what he did because he seemed like a guy who was so eager to learn he would never ruin what he had built on 2+2 back then. That was my impression at least.

i tend to trust the people a great amount ive met irl and spent time with... its just people on 2p2 and whatever id never put myself in a position to be scammed for a meaningful amount. that said, if any forum reg wants to scam me for like 2-3k at some point in time im sure id be an easy target.

On a completely unrelated note, I am selling WCOOP shares real cheap, 50% of a $10k buyin package.. willing to sell for say around $2-3k
