Hyper HUSNG good spot to check raise?

Villain was completely unknown. I think this was perhaps the third hand of the match. I decided to check raise because I knew he couldn't continue with most of his range, like medium and bottom pair. Unfortunately he had one of the hands he just couldn't fold. When he jams I have to call right given the pot odds? And did I do anything wrong this hand?
