I could have bet more on the turn...like 50%

I dont know if he is capable of bluffing here. i think it is a great occasion for him to bluff since i bet so small and look quite weak. i could easily play a draw myself, or a weaker pair like 5,8 or 9 which i usually have to fold vs. a jam.. so im not sure. readless i think its a fold. what do you think?
