435k, gated community, right on the 2 lakes, in like one of the nicest areas of austin (kinda family oriented place, no crime, best schools, etc.)

also furniture in pic isnt ours, it's what they had when they took it, I still never updated, but i'll get around to taking actual pics of it sometime, stuff inside now is way nicer
