Yeah, but 26 wins still gets the sidebet, which is significant, a big milestone there...

That's 21-21 by Round 6
Round 7: This is gonna decide it...well, based on the extrapolation anyways

Hi all, im finally registered to 2+2 but been trollling for about 1.5 years now lol took me a while but i HAD to register now because i really have thought about this hand for so long now and need an explanation;
Im planning on putting on $500 - $1000 very soon and playing hu sngs but after hands like this that i dont understand it makes me think twice that im probably out of my league here... anyway enough life story.

Stacks:
BTN KarlizL (1,375)
BB PrimordialAA (1,625)

Blinds: 15/30

Pre-Flop: (45, 2 players) KarlizL is BTN J 10
KarlizL raises to 90, PrimordialAA raises to 270, KarlizL calls 180

Flop: 6 J A (540, 2 players)
PrimordialAA bets 210, KarlizL calls 210

Turn: 8 (960, 2 players)
PrimordialAA bets 1,145, KarlizL calls 895

River: 4 (3,000, 2 players)

Final Pot: 3,000
KarlizL shows
J 10
PrimordialAA shows
9 8

OK, 1) why did he 3 bet with 89 to decrease spr with such a **** hand
2) why shove the turn when ur three bet got called and u know your only folding out small jacks and he obviously is calling with the same jacks his called pre with ex. kj,jq and 10 j ...
well i think so anyway after the other hands that have been posted and the dynamic they seem to have going on
3) if u think he floated u on the flop and ur intending to get your whole stack in why not check let him shove/bet so you can call/shove??
4) what does shoving the 89 there accomplish besides folding out hands that you have beat anyway
if he floated u with 9 10 or picked up a flush draw etc on the turn his not calling a shove because of no odds, so why not check and let him shove all those hands?
I dont understand also if he is trying to protect his equity against hands like k10, 9 10, q 10, k q in case butters checks behind and he gives off free cards, does he really believe that those hands floated the flop just to check behind the turn after being check too???

Primo i would love to hear your thoughts behind this hand and also Matt Wakeman would be nice lol

Yeah thanks Matt but Blake didn't explain very thoroughly, just quickly because he had to go so I didn't really understand. Thought if you have time and I post it here I would get a better response when u can be bothered.. If your cbf that's fine though I'm sure someone can explain to me

i like how primo played it, specially if hes going to play his AX this way and if he thinks he can fold out Jx which is the big part of his call-cbet range, i like the stack sizing for the turn shove. For me its even more debatable the call with JT than the primo line, i think primo is good enough to value shove KJ QJ etc here

dont know any dynamics on the game so probably was worse than it seems at first sight to me
