Travis - You probs know this m8, but just incase you don't; def don't use the same email address for poker that you do for any chat program. Keep a seperate email address that you use purely for poker IMO. And don't use it for anything else.

Yeah, it was really from full tilt. I saw the email after I found I was unable to get into my account.

Everything seems to be in the clear now. They had me send a photo of me holding my driver's license (which they already had on file from when I was approved for bank wire transfers from the WSOP seat win), to verify I was actually in control of the email address.

My moniez are still there, and I can login again.

Phew.

Guess I'll be ordering one of those RSA encryption thingies right now. What a scare.

I usually be real patient and let them beat themselves. If you give them enough rope they will hang themselves and then some, but it takes sometimes waiting for better spots, chipping down a bit without panic.. etc.

I guess that's how I handle them.. over aggression or thinking they will lay down bottom pair is just not an option. LOL.

Btw, I've never been particularly happy with full tilt support overall, but their security department seems to be very responsive and prompt.
