agree that sitting first is better. imo there's a hell of a lot of fishbowls and bad players that never sit first themselves, they just join up where someone is already sitting.

Obv to sit first if you have good stats because whoever is sitting you has no idea how good you are (unless its a shark taking a shot at you). Way too hard to compete with other bumhunters to find a fishbowl after you get over $50.

Thanks Electriclady, your SS stats are damn good as well. I remember playing you a while ago, and I was very impressed...Your very solid and make few mistakes. I used to bumhunt a lot when I played the 20s and 30s, but now I just sit first. My move to the 100s is solid so far, 1 day, Tuesday, and went 7-3. Obv a rediculously small sample but up $350 for the day which is solid for me. Hope the 100s continue to run smooth, but I know the ups and downs with come. When are you thinking of moving up to the 100s Electric??

What's the deal with b@dbeater7? I know he had a clash with mersenneary, update on that? :P

I sat him at 200, he declined then he decided to sit back down at 80. Weird jumping levels like that.

i saw him once to see what he was like and i think it was about 7 maybe 8 seconds before he started going off in the chat
"you're real good at table selection"
"hope you know what you're up against"
"real good move sitting me"

etc etc
or something along those lines.

don't think he's a fan of the regs haha.

I think he and mers have kissed and made up but you'll have to ask him...

Afaik he tilts really hard and moves around levels on a whim.

Pretty happy with these 2 hands. same villain seperate games. obv thin value raise in hand 2

2nd one i accidentally re-raise river because i set him up for a shove and i thought i'd snap it for effect and ended up min re-raising him lolz.

although i let chumplez think i was min raising river for value lol

first hand was for protection/value i that fish line

Badbeater sat me once in a 50, so I guess he's not extremely reg-averse. It's been a while though.

Starting 7-3 is better then 3-7, but you should do great regardless.

I bumhunt the 50's-100's, I've sat first at the 30's and 50's for about 100 games total and struggled. The extra volume is awesome, but the struggling tilted me a little so I went back to hunting.

I get asked this constantly, but:

I play 50s-200s. Mostly 50s at the moment, by next week I plan to be playing almost exclusively 100s. I hadn't played for a month while I was in Florida and what not. Also I'm still not cool with 200s swings, so I game select them really hard and haven't even been looking at them for a little while.

When badbeater sat me it was a long time ago, maybe six months (guessing obv).

I'm running sick hot this month though, <3 the prop bet I have with mers (that I'm going to lose). 37% ROI for the month, plus I got 3rd in the MSOP...going to be my biggest month ever.

I sat j47worm8 again and thats me 2/2 now ftw

He's just a nit and easy to run over, if theres too many regs sitting, def worth sitting and taking the edge vs him.

In the games we've played and the games i've railed of him, then yeah, that's the impression i get. I've seen nothing to suggest otherwise tbh. The only real aggressive player i've came across (that's a reg) is Nathan. Although there is some regs i havent played or watched that much.
