I have the same "problem" but i wouldn´t say its a leak per se.
It really depends like everything in poker :P
I like to think, that an BE SD and rising NonSD Line just shows the way we calculate Foldequity and Shodownvalue.
I mean we´re getting it in with 50% on average and still make villain fold a ton.
Thats the definition of +EV right?
But actually its just a theory that ignores the variety of our opponents.
Because if you´d be able to filter it for passive or aggressive players you might have 2 very different results. Because if you play optimal against a passive player and your SD line is breakeven you´re burning money because there might be enough foldequity to make this +ev but still you have less equity than against your average opponent and thus your ev will be lower.
So optimally against passive stations your showdown line is moving upwards and your NonSD line might be Breakeven.
And the other way around in case of tight/aggressive opponents.
So i think if we assume we know how to exploit stations AND regs and our graph looks like you described it, we can only conclude that, games have changed and there are a lot more (not necessarily good) tight/aggressive opponents and very few good old stations.
Or maybe we are just so obsessed with making people fold, that we miss out on tasty EV of tightening up against callingstations.
p.s.
Thats way too much for me to read again so take it as an onetake post and be very sceptical and
dont blame me for any possible mistakes i did up there.
