Is it do able. I play on bodog. Bought in for 20. Playing only 11 heads up sit and gos. Trying win 44 a day. 308 a week. 16000 a year. Is this possible with rake and variance?

Of course you could win 44 a day but you're gonna have to play a lot of games.

But are you saying you deposited $20 and are playing the $11 games? If so, you will almost certainly go bust.

Yeah start at 2s or 1s or whatever they have.

Once you get a couple hundred you're very unlikely to bust and you can easily make $44/day average if you put in some volume (doesn't even take that much volume honestly).

Simple Question for playin Stars vs Full Tilt.

Full Tilt: I'm pretty sure I have a name for myself on there at the $33-55 dollar levels at least, and I KNOW theres that unwritten rule that regs wont play eachother. I dont sit any familiar name I don't even care if they suck, and they never sit me.

I have RB on FTP.

I'd also rather play 3 min turbos instead of stars 5 minute turbo levels.

And I also think FTP is slightly less rigged..

Stars: My whole roll is over at Stars now. And I'm pretty sure 75% of the $55 dollar regs think I suck. So I am playing regs a ****load it feels like.

I made Goldstar in a month which I wanted to, but I probably don't play enough to make Platinum..and I really don't see the point in accumulating FPPS..Id rather make real $$$$ as rakeback.

My name feels cursed on PS..and I am seeing a TON of extra variance...and after alot of Sharkscopin of good players I see this variance for TONS OF HU regs.

Plus I'll never get supernova..my best chance was to win a WSOP seat last night but sadly I made it 6 hrs in and lose QQ to AK so I'm pretty much over it.

...I think i answered my question. But does anyone see a reason I should play at Stars?

I've heard it's easier on average. If you could get the regs to avoid you, that is.

Can't possibly imagine why you would play Stars considering your post.

I don't think Stars is any softer, especially as you move up.

Play on FTP, if you don't like it there sign up for rb on Cake or Bodog and play there, very soft playerbase, good action up until at least the 100s (Bodog stops at 100s actually), you'll thank me later.

I like Stars much better than FT. As for variance, I suppose it depends a lot on your playstyle though I can't elaborate on it cause I don't know why. hah. I just know that on Stars I do much better than I do on FT. I like almost everything about Stars better than FT.

FYP, I think I play weak/tight players a few lucky times a year.

what about party and cereus? is there any action at $100 - $200 ? at cake there are times u may wait 30+ mins, at least at the $100 level, especially if u want to avoid the regs...

ChuckNorris ftw, probably crushed any signs of negative variance.

Edit: Oh he was down 5 buyins at the start, must've been hell!

Nice work Andres_A very solid. Just remember your ROI is very high and you might not be able to sustain that over larger samples.

Either way nh.

totally aware of this and trying to be prepeared to maintain calm nerv when having some serious downswing in the future ( Im sure they wount ignore me ), better to be prepeared and not having too much illusions. When I was moving up I had these stats for the 34,5$

266 $6 $33 17% $1,581

and btw I am 1 tabling most of the time.

Your ROI will naturally be higher if you stick to one table but both your samples are really small and i think it's possible you could be running hot here.

Ask some of the turbo guys what ROIs are good for these levels i have no clue, i would've thought anywhere in the region of 10% is massive for turbos??
***HU SNG REGS THREAD*** Quote

If he single tables them on Stars for over 10% ($115 buyin) then that puts him as the best historically at that level (with legitimate 1500+ sample).

I don't doubt it's possible, even if he is running a little hot right now.

21% ROI wow, esp in the turbo that is sick, expect a decent downswing.

I hate how a couple of the regs in the 50s on stars just continue 2 sit with you, lars2632, jardagz, and benijjem (spelling on all 3)

I just never realize what they keep sitting with the other regs, I have a positive ROI vs all of them, but they are usually a grind...

Whoever he is, any good regular probably has an edge on him.

I can't think of very many people who would have an edge vs a 100ish buyin regular if they were 6 tabling. All the guys I think might have one play much higher too.

I agree, but I have not seen this guy 6-tabling. I usually see him in a 100s lobby and an 80s lobby simultaneously. I got the impression he 4-tables.
