But what would you want as a bare minimum, being kinda conservative but not too nitty?
I fully understand im an epic nit at sht taking also. The biggest shot ive taken was 5x my normal stakes and sold 50% of my action. Im a huge nit dont get me wrong, but talking to xSCWx one day made me realise you just have to take them +ev shots and try not to be uncomfortable about it knowing you can rebuild at ur regular stakes. Im not prepared to say put 1/3 ur BR on it but i mean realistically if its a huge fish then you probably should as long as you can still play ur A game.

Very very tempted to buy into the FTP 1,500,000 guaranteed. Not really rolled though, someone please back me. Otherwise I'm probably just gonna play it anyway.

While we certainly don't encourage the "team" aspect of 4-man heads-up SNGs, we don't disallow the practice.

Yea, on days where I can't get off my ass to play even one game I find I can still make myself play 4-mans with someone when the people I've teamed with before are on.

Which means I may need to make a couple new ($34-57) 4-man partners when they aren't at some point

The quote you included says that they don't encourage it but they they "don't disallow" it meaning that it is allowed.

Also, from when I complained to support about it:

countdown to busto.

In december, I cashed out about 70% or my roll for a family financial emergency. Since then, I've been slightly below breakeven playing $100s and $110s on full tilt.

Then comes Rush Poker. That piece of **** completely destroyed my bankroll. (when you do ridiculous **** on a regular basis like run 2nd nut full into nut full on 89QQK, or flop 89T rainbow while holding QJ only to have the turn 9d put a second diamond on the board, and have the river Jd complete that flush draw, for 300bb stacks on a regular basis, it can go REALLY ****ING FAST)

So I figured I'd play a 7-10 buyin bankroll rule starting at the 20s, and be fine. After all, it's not like this would be the first time.

Running 8 buyins below allin ev when you're on a 10 buyin bankroll rule really hurts.

So I have just under $50 in my account, and around a $170 rakeback payment coming next friday.

If things don't turn around soon, I seriously am done with poker forever. The past 6 or 7 months have been the absolute most frustrating stretch of all time I've experienced ever since I started playing over 3 years ago.
