hi everyone. I am badbeater777. This is my first post and i dont hope to many will take my side. Anyway. I start from plain facts no emotions.

My life time score with Mersenneary is on SC:
90 games played. I won 43, he won 47 (during the time SC crashed we played 4 times and i won 3 times so its even closer). Officialy i have -9% ROI v mersenneary and he has... -5% ROI v me. If we count those 3 aditional wins its clear brake even situation.

I understand why he is so angry. At one pint he had 34% ROI on me and had lead in term of money over 1,5K$. I offered him to quit me and i said i didint chase my losses. At one point we had a dael and he said he respects my game and dont want to play me in the future. But porbably this situation was to good for him to quit. Now, when he is loosing money agains me (and not geting his 7% ROI against his usual opponents) he is pissed and i play this. Why i should play on your term mersenneary? Its prety obvious you not playing for money against me. You play for ego. And you not risiking much, when you multitabling and i play 1 table v. you. This way you cut me off, but when i sit more tables with you and cut you off you come here and start trashing me.

This is my first post, but i read 2+2 for a wery long time. I nevert wanted to be invovled in silly disputes, but one thing realy worries me. 2 players offered to share info, they have on me with other players. There even was offer to rewiev hand histories of my opponents and now its money offer. This money offer is so silly. Anybody want to make esay money? Iwill loose to you and after ever 3 games mersenneary promised to send us 50 buck. Its more then 24$ in rake we pay at my usual limits. If mersenneary is man of his worls we can bust him this way in couple of months.

But i dont need to angle shoot to make my living. Just read terms of Full tilt poker. First rule is:

I say, be carefull when somebody is giving you notes or rewiewing sended hand histories, when offering you money for some silly tasks. Its usualy agains rules of FTP and you can get in trouble. I dont mind action, couse regs know is not worth to start wars where evey side looses (example of mers shows that), but its just bad precedent and it can hurt starting players.

As far as mers goes. I tolded him i think his ego cost him money and i proved it. The way he brages here shows that he is young man realy conserned about his reputation. So maybe there is no need to angleshoot to beat me mers? Why brake FTP rules and risk to be banned? Why team up agains somebody? Is poker a team game now?

first, have you ever heard of educational tables? You ever wonder why they apeared? You ever wonder why in hu vids opss are worn that this will be recorded and posted on training site? Never wondered why?

I mean posting interesting hands is nothing wrong, but when you ask players to team up and share HH of specific person, then you offering couching aginst this specific player and even offer money... hm, it is moral, fair game and good sport in your opininon? You want to play in this enviroment yourself UShip this way? You want new players coming to FTP or any other site have this idea, that they will not get fair treatment if they do not have sort of team or what ever? Do you think this will atrack them to poker (we like to think about it as a sport). Then meybe open site, where all hand histories will be mined and stored and you can order lets say tips on UShip this way, his tendencies, his style? You would think its good idea? Why do you think list of forbiden soft was created?

I mean I faced this problem only this month and as you know I asked FTP security to evaluate your actions. I was asured they are taking aproprioate mesures, but right now i see this spreads like a flue. People think its cool and this is road leads to shady side. I will be able to protect myself, becouse i can adjust to various oponents, but who will protect integrity of the game?

I dont mind playing vs you without any of the notes/hh's from other players around here. Let's settle a date/time.

I never shared any HHs of our games with anyone, you can't prove otherwise. People talk about different styles every day. Are we not allowed to talk about Phil Ivey for example? is that against the rules?

I believe, that Taylor Caby has emailed FTP/Stars lots of times to make sure recording games wasn't against the rules. I'm pretty sure he's never had a single email back saying it was breaking the rules, so i.e, he didn't need special permission, that i'm aware of.

So people are free to record games and post them anywhere.

I hear it every day. I usualy have my chat off. But do you remeber your chat? Do you remeber what you tolded me? In chat people say so many things it would be stupid to make references now. I mean, there is a cure - turn your chat off. And yes, numerous time i trashtaked many players, who did same to me. I admit that and in fact i think its waist of time, so in the future i probalby never turn my chat on.

And "I never shared any HHs of our games with anyone, you can't prove otherwise". You posted publick offer to review HH of my ops and to share info on me. Like what else should i prove? That you actualy did that? If somebody point AK47 to your head you think you have actualy prove his intention to blow your brains out or this fact alone is enougth to protect yourself?

So, im not saying im "ftp angel", I just come to make clear your story is not over and mers is folowing that line now to. I didnt had problems playing him for 90 games, but now i have same problems as with you - here you guys just crossing all lines and try to present its cool way to act for other. I just want to understant if FTP agrees on that with you or not. Couse it can be whole different situation if it is leagal to team up, share info and as from now even money to bust someone. Dont realy want to go into detail and give you ideas how it can effect play, but its can destroy fair game for everybody.
