Heh, it's interesting that I've heard men and women make this claim a number of times (not wrt poker obv), and they're almost always referring to their own gender as the one that has the advantage.
In my experience it comes down to the individual more than anything else and I don't think either gender has a clear advantage, but if women do have one, I think it would have more to do with the way we're brought up, as opposed to some natural ability.
