This structure is probably atypical because I'm playing on pokerstars homegames and using venmo / paypal. Have a quarantine group, buyins of $100-$150 or so if that matters at all. I'm a winning player vs. these donks but would probably get destroyed playing on a 'real site'.

5000 chip starting stack, 5 min blinds.

A couple of these villains call all 3bets pretty much. And don't seem to give me a ton of credit on my cbet. And extremely rarely 4bet unless the stack sizes make that simple to do, i.e one of us only has 1500 chips and blinds are 25/50 or whatever.

How would you address? I'm talking about while we're still relatively deep, once stacks are lower I'm more concerned about 4bet reshoves or the stack sizes are just awkward for a 3bet.

Home games doesn't work with HUDs but I'd say I'm 3betting maybe 10-12% of their PFR opens. It's painful because so many hands I'd like to 3bet don't connect, and they dont give up on the flops...

So, TLDR but how would you adjust your 3bet sizing, your 3bet frequency, and range? And how you handle cbets?

Basically I feel like I'm inflating the pot size OOP and when I have KQo or whatever which they're calling with 100% of their PF open range, and then the flop comes 87T or whatever theyre sticking around with any piece of that. And I'm only connecting with the flop 33% of the time.

Or same **** I just wrote above but I have 9To and the flop comes Q45. This ones easier to cbet and play through but they're still calling me down light.

I'll try answering my own question after thinking more about this yesterday.

3bet slightly smaller amounts (more in line with 2.5x vs. ~3.2x...)
3bet only for value (I think if they're calling with 100% of their range then its ok for me to be 3betting even AT KJ QJ etc type hands) maybe less so of the suited connectors etc.
Just don't cbet wet flops and shut down If I need to, value town when I hit
and starting 3betting more often until they start 4betting

Your 3bet strategy will depend a lot on how deep you are. But in general (if we're talking 100bb deep, for ex) I think you probably aren't 3betting enough and are using too small of a size. If they're continuing a bunch of hands that they should be folding vs a reasonable 3bet, you should be able to blast flops and turns and generate a lot of folds as well as getting them to put in way too much money vs the value portion of your 3b range.
