HU s&go restarting at micro level? HU s&go restarting at micro level?

Hello Pokerpro's,

I'm new here, but not in the Pokerworld.

About 2 years ago, I was able to earn some good cash with Headsup sit & go poker. I played 15 - 34$ HU SNG games at Pokerstars. I cashed out some of the winnings and got broke (moving up too fast).

A couple of weeks ago, I started to play again on Pokerstars. But my opinion is that the level is a little bit higher today. Am I right here? Is it still possible to get a good and steady profit on these HU SNG's?

The other problem is that my swings were way too big. +10 and -10 games were no exception. And after 5-6 bad beats in a row, I might tilt. Someone with good advice to avoid that?

I'm also searching for a good poker program which will give me good insights in my villain's (and my own) play. Which poker program will do? I only play HU SNG's and I want to start with the micro levels (about 3,5-5$ per game).

Now I'm searching for a good and reliable poker platform to play on. I'm looking for a good rakedeal and I prefer soft games. Which is, today, the best option from this: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/18...ayers-1032020/ ? (I already have Pokerstars and PartyPoker). I really want to be sure that they cashout. So no scam sites, please tell me your experiences with these bad/good pokerrooms.

To improve my game, is HUSNG.com the best option? Are there any good (free) alternatives?

Thanks in advance!

I don't think you should often play a reg at $30 so the $1 and $30 are basically the same unless you are really bad when you play against another reg. Maybe the $1 fish shove every 5th hand randomly but play otherwise the same as $30 fish. If you can't beat the $1s, then you can't be the $30s. If you can grind up your money then you can be profitable. Just use bankroll management and take your time moving up from $1s to $30s.

Check the cashout threads for the different rooms. Some skins are very good while others are bad on the same networks. It is usually the cashier they use, but it can just depend on the skin/network. If you get an under the table rakeback deal then there is more chance you will have problems. Stars VIP isn't very good for lower levels so find a site where action runs upto your goal ($30s) and just grind up from the micros with a good RB deal imo. Just do your homework before you deposit, lot of crappy sites out there.

Thank you for your reaction! I agree with you. Level between 1-30$ is not that big, but bankroll management is necessary.

What about the program, which program give good stats to play headsup?

Based on what you need HEM, HEM2 and PT4 work.
Each has its strengths and weaknesses.
PT4 gives you the option to customize the hell out of your HUD. It is a very powerful tool, but it is not the easiest.
As far as I know, HEM2 is very good for studying after you have a decent sample because of all the various filters it has.
HEM1 is just a standard and imo is enough for climbing through the limits. However, I don't think it is still for sale.

Thanks for your reaction. I'm now trying with HEM2, but the settings are still a problem. Is it not possible to keep statistics from 2 different pokeraccounts? Because I only see statistics from 1 (older) account.

Yes of course. You need to setup the path to your hard drive where the HHs for the poker account is at.

I found the solution, everything was right but the language was wrong. You have to save your hand histories in English. But thanks!

How many buyins do you think is acceptable to move up? I'm now playing 3,50$ turbo's on Stars. I already read 20 - 25 - 30 - 50 buyins... But what do you think is acceptable? The opinions are very different...

And how much ROI do I need to get on these 3,50$'s s&go HU turbo's?
