dont shove that much from sb but from bb just jam dont flat unless you are 1000% certain someone is very tight from sb, Id even say just jam always at 3.5s, you will get called with random hands way more than at higher stakes
3bet shoving every ax is obv +ev but is not optimal for sure. u can do it if u dont feel comfortable post flop OOP . but as generall strat i could recommend to flat above 14 all low Ax and mix it up with some 3bet. now for the high Ax u could go either way 3betAI or 3bet nonAI depending on villains freqs. under 14 is pretty obv i suppose. generally have in mind that maybe not on 3.5s but as u go higher u will have to have some balance on ur 3bets especially vs regs.
from SB above ~14 if u allways shove readless is i think the second worst option after folding... as a beginning strat limp low Ax and MR the high ones will make it for now.
Keep in my mind that it also depends on what u do with other parts of ur range and not only what u do with Ax. for example if u have a limping strat and u limp 90% of u range is not smart to miniraise only ur high Ax so u have to build ur range in a way that is quite balanced. hope it helped
