HT 1,50$, How to Play Flop?

Feel like i played this really terrible. (was early mornin though
). So lets say i decide to 3bet lightly. How do i play this flop? I think i should have lead out smaller like 60 instead of 100 and fold to pretty much any reraise? And if get flat called give up without improvement?
