How to play this hand? Should i fold river? (no reads, we only saw 2 flops, first i take down with c-bet, this time he has position)

When he checks behind Turn after making a pot-sized c-bet i think he is either bluffing, has Tp or better and got scared of Trips or sitting with 2x. so at river im either way a head or way behind and need to be good 25% of time. Am i wrong/have played bad?
