Hi guys, long time no see on these forums. Trying to get back to HUSnGs after a break. Was doing quite well on 7s, then got schooled+hit by variance on 15s, but then I moved to a different city, cashed everything out. Now I'm starting all the way down on 1.50s and I need to brush up my skills First HH:

1st hand with the villain so no info.

1. What do you think about the check on the turn? Are you keeping the pot small with our SD value or are you betting?

2. How about the thin value bet on the river? I was using the population tendencies from these levels about villains betting out if they hit their draws.

At these stakes betbetbet all day every day. I don't just mean in this hand either, people aren't craising as a bluff, if you bet the J turn and get raised you can just happily fold (depending on sizing). You'll miss a lot of value in spots like this if you aren't willing to just bet. You could consider checking T9 or something instead, but even that I'd happily bet every street for value.
