I think I´m very resistant to the angriness, get sucked out,get run over type of tilt, although when I run bad for many hands I do get a bit tilted.
The main sort of tilt I think affects me is pure mental fatigue, I perceive that after like many matches I do get different, and start to make bad plays.
So, how do you deal with fatigue other than just taking a break?
seriously, caffeine and walking for about 10-15 minutes outside after a couple of hours (works wonders). i would say working out but that actually fatigues me more, though it does reduce overall stress level i feel.
A walk outside for like 10-15 minutes is probably best, you get a break but not sidetracked, with caffene(sp?) right there also. Assuming you want to play within the hour.
Sex - makes me tired
weed - makes me tired.
movies/shows - make me not want to play anymore.
working out - makes me tired uness I want to come back and play 3-4 hours later.
caffeine doesn't work if you start drinking lots of it regularly. In the end it just makes you drowsy when you stop drinking it. I used to drink 0.5 l bottle of Cola a day. Now I drink three just to stay sane
