So, how do you deal with fatigue other than just taking a break?
I take 1-2 days off a week.. i need it or i would get drained so fast.

I was once drinking coffee daily and eventually needed it just to be "normal" but this Summer, I caught some kind of fever/cold thing for a week and during that time I couldn't drink coffee (just the smell would make me want to throw up).

I had one class at the time, and it sucked to get up early and take exam without coffee/while sick, but after I got better I just didn't go back to drinking coffee and I feel so much better.

Like, my "normal" now completely blows away the "normal" I had when I regularly drank coffee. I don't have the heightened alertness that comes for an hour after drinking the coffee, but overall I'm much better able to focus.

I've recently been trying to drink more, but I only drink like twice a week. I think it's a good thing to drink as long as I don't become (too?) addicted.
