During the early stages of heads up SnGs against people who are pretty weak post flop i 3bet superlight every so often, but then later on they start 4bet shoving over my 3bet quite often for ~30BB and taking my 3bets extremely personal and getting mad in the chat, this usually only happens at really small stakes but I dont particularly want to flip for 30BBs despite having the best hand, but I still want to 3bet premium hands for value

You are playing small stakes and you don't want to "gamble" for 30 BB with the best hand?
How do you want to win at poker when you refuse to get it in with the best hand?

I'd prefer to outplay them with so many chips rather than flip with a 10% edge, I don't believe a 60 40 flip is worth it when they're such an awful player?

do 60-40 * a million times and there you have your profit.

If they are week post flop then why are you 3betting to high 4 bettors?

Waiting for a better spot could be a good strategy under certain circumstances. But it doesn't apply here. If you are playing small stakes there are no bankroll considerations, lots of games available immediately against weak players. You should just get it in as a favorite and move on to the next game.

You dont want to take 60-40? I understand 52-48 is not that great against weak player but 60-40 is ****ing great in HU.

even if you have a big edge, folding a hand with 60% equity when you have ~5bb invested and ~25bbs behind to a shove is a hugggee mistake

either dont 3b or call it off

^^^ This + 1
If you KNOW you have 60% equity if you call, AFTER having putting in 5-6bb into the pot, folding is just lol.

I'd take a 60/40 all day.

If you're 3b bluffing with like 57s, J2s then fold to a 4b, you're the one getting pwn2d. If you're 3betting light to set up a dynamic, then I think it's better to know what to do once you have a dynamic and your Opponent starts to "adjust", even if all he's doing is just monkey lol AI.
