How to improve my game on my own? How to improve my game on my own?

Ok guys so here is the deal,
I am a reg spinner on mid stakes for couple of years now. started off from 3s my way and pretty fast i managed to go to 30s. currently i am around 65cev on big sample and i have a problem of how to improve even further. what i mean is when i want to study on my own (sth that doesnt come very often hehehe) i tend to fall into doing the same things over and over. open pt look at the biggest cev loses and winnings and try to find mistakes. sure it helps sometimes but mostly i find myself looking at standard spots that i 90% wouldnt do sth differently.

what i am wondering is what do u guys do to improve when u are on your own and if there is:
1.a way to see population tendencies
2.analyze my game even further and find mistakes post flop
and generally if u can suggest sth else. btw i dont use icmizer or flopzilla etc...
