i know nothing about your case, ofc, but it's possible that they refer to any sort of chip-dumping activity as colluding

update:

- the only information I could get through my affilate is that I was accused of colluding on June 14th, on witch I've played only 19 games and none of them looks suspicious to me.
I've asked Betsson's support to contact Microgaming's security team in order to double check the situation, received reply within the minutes that their decision stands and it is final.

- I've got blocked at Betsafe's Ongame(PokerRed) for "breaching their terms and conditions", no further information, decision is final.
Same as with Microgaming, nothing fishy happened, just the usual grind. They owe me quite a lot of cashback.


The reason I am posting this is to raise public awareness.
Never thought that something like this could happen to me since I am keeping it clean, playing regularly and generating tons of rake. But it did, so be aware.

That's the thing, there is nothing I could think of.
It feels very unjustified, and it troubles me more than money lost.
Second ban happened today, just few hours ago so I'm still under emotions, that is probably the reason why it looks like I am stressing out the fact that I am innocent.

Regardless, I am not looking for help or trying to prove anything here, just want to spread the word.

I don't know whether OP is innocent or not. I tried to get him more info, but it seems like what he says is right, he's being a bit stonewalled on the decision.

While not super common, it does happen. Accidental bans do happen, but also legitimate bans and situations where the network security does not want to give the player (or even the skin) a reason for the ban also happen.

The latter case is mostly about protecting security/weaknesses/disclosure.

That said, in most cases, I do find that a good affiliate or skin manager can get to the bottom of it, given some time and consistent emailing. This case doesn't seem like it is going that way.

Again, I don't know if OP is truly innocent or not, but I can confirm the lack of information made available to him about the situation thus far.

Did you swear in chat or something? Did you withdraw/deposit that day? Also make a list of all opponents that day and dig through your database, how much you won/lost vs them etc. Then put the names in google and see if some of them were already mentioned in this or some other poker forum, maybe a case of pure scamming or account stealing/dumping. There must be something.

I know for a fact they dont close your account for that, I had my chat blocked a few times (they open it up again if you ask nicley, this was a while back tho) Maybe if you made some death threaths or something, then im not too sure.

OP I had my betsson closed account for 2 weeks, no info no nothing, then when they opened it and I asked why they told me "standard security check". I guess this doesnt help you, but I know how they are. I hope you didnt have too much money there.

If you dont mind I would love to look at the 19 hhs and see if I can find what they see as colluding, I understand if you dont want to/dont care enough. But it would be interesting for sure, or maybe just send them to ChicagoRy or someone else and let them see if they can find anything?
