Hi,

I'm playing HU SNG hypers at PokerStars, and I was wondering if anybody has played on both PS and FTP and can list any important differences between the two?

I'm more interested in things important for grinders, like:
1) can you start a new table with the same opponent if agreed upon?
2) are there shorter delays before the start of the game and when the blind level changes?
3) are there fewer annoying dialog boxes (like that one on PS after you register, telling you each and every time about disconnecting and stuff)?
4) are there different buy-in levels than those on PS (e.g. if I'm playing $7's on PS and FTP would have $10's, I would climb up in stakes faster, don't need to wait until I can play the $15's)? Does anyone do this, transferring the bankroll between the sites for a smoother climb?
5) how is the rake on FTP compared to PS?

Far less traffic on FT.

(Not on your list, but definitely an important difference.)

Download FT and it will answer 1,2,4,5 in less than 3 minutes after installation.
3) There was a dialog box that was annoying the **** out of me. It's probably possible to disable it, I just didn't have the patience.

Probably at $10 level the traffic will be sufficient, recently higher up the traffic has been awful. I'd imagine that Stars will be your best option

volume is playable up to 10s, think 20s may be just about but anything higher has large lobbies.
