Hello, I would like to tell you my frustration that comes from PP pro-bot policy. It is similar to what Ipoker was doing before - support bots as much as possible. When Mike Sexton became president of PP and changes in rake were made, it gave me a lot of hope that PP is becoming good alternative for PS, but now I see it is not, good rakeback+no banning bots policy caused that (at least at heads up hypers) most of regs are bots. Moreover they sit real regs and can dominate lobbies, let's take example of famous bot Saauron1 who thankfully after long time was banned on PS, now he is crushing heads up hypers on PP...But he is not the only one bot, they were always there and it was something i was accepting, but now their amount is increasing drastically and it's not regs interest that I am defending here, because good reg will always make profit, because of bots it is just smaller profit, but many recreational players who have no idea what is going on are facing these bots and obviously losing to them their hard worked money. What is most disgusting is observer chat removal, in past when recreational player was playing against a bot, you could tell him about it on chat, but now there is no such possibility. I am moving back to PS which is becoming more and more gambling soft than poker soft but at least they care for some fairness, I would love to come back to PP and I hope one day PP will understand that such bot-tolerant policy is a road to nowhere, because yes they receive a lot of rake thanks to bots, but they also receive a bad reputation and players will go away, ofc new one will come so amount of active players probably will not decrease but it will never achieve 100k like PS(which with other policy would be possible after time). If you want tell me your bot experience on PP or any other soft.

I don't think that PP or other clients intentionally keep bots in their games. It just that bot detection requires a decent security department and manpower that costs $$$s. It feels like that besides stars no one gives a ****. You see a lot of accounts on party/ipoker etc which are banned on Stars. Sadly, it's pretty much common sense

Well, I think it's intentional, PP can afford very well working live support chat, so how expensive it could be to verify someone who is reported as a bot with captcha during game or some other cheap measure? Moreover what would be the reason for removing observer chat? People were warning recreatinal players what is going on and PP did not like it...I know they will tell that observer chat was abused, but I watched many games and I never saw any abuse.
