How to calculate a good shoving range vs limps?

Lets say the eff. stacksize = 12BB (and we are BB)
Villain limps 36% of his range at this spot with 9% of the cards being premiums (77+, ATo+, A9s+)
How do we calculate a good shoving range vs such villains?
Also how do we calculate the expected value from raise/folding (like raising to 2.5-3bb)
