How badly I played this hand? How badly I played this hand?

We had seen one flop so far and in that he called my 3-bet and then folded on the turn. He hasn't been out of line yet and I considered him as a good thinking reg who's a maybe bit too tight preflop but so far no postflop reads, except he maybe folding fair amount of "good" hands if aggression is showed so that's probably why this silly line.

I'm pretty sure I should've at least raised that turn but what about flop? I was pretty happy to call that river because I never put him on a flush there more like trips or a full house or straight.

Anyway I want comments both on flop and turn. On flop I'm interested would you guys just have called down his 3-bet, as I did, or made a 4-bet here? On the turn I'm pretty much interested that should what amount I should 3-bet him; shove or make it to some amount and if so, what amount? And was that river call bad "readless"?

And what kind of line you guys pick when you hit the nuts on the flop and your opponents shows aggression; do you just let them keep betting and just call-call-call 'till the river, even if e.g. like in this hand fd comes or something else that you don't really put them on but is sitll a threat. Should we always 3-bet the turn card if a possible scare card appears(we can consider ourselves readless but we know that the guy isn't spazzy maniac from Spain)? Ok, thanks!

I think this is fine considering he's betting into the nuts. You atleast wait to show aggression on the turn

A couple things don't make any sense:

-how can he be solid and raise w/ a pair of fives on the flop that turns trips? Can't be a str8 draw cuz he wouldn't call pre w/ 58

-will he only raise the flop with a set or two pair that becomes full house in you opinion??? Is it possible he raises overpairs and barrells?

I'm a little clueless b/c I haven't played a solid HU player in a while. I guess if ur mostly readless he could have 34. I wouldn't completely disregard flush draws either

It's a cooler. You have the nuts and don't want to scare off lesser draws and 2 pair hands by raising big. If you raise the turn all in I still think he is calling. You can't just fold the river with the nut strait every time the board pairs + flush hits in a heads up pot. So I think whatever you do it would be the same result.
