HEM shows HH as incomplete

Hi. I play husngs on black chip poker. When I try to import the hand history into HEM, 90% of the tourneys are shown as incomplete, even though all of the hands are included in them. Has anybody else encountered this problem and knows how to solve it? Thanks in advance.

Had the same problem with 20 % of my games, I manually edited the outcome of the tourney. ( use hm2 now and dont have that problem anymore )
