Lets say you are between 12-20bb and villain is limp-folding to raises over 50%. What are the hands you wanna be raising him with as bluff(in addition to your value range of broadways, big Ax and big pairs)? Complete crap hands like 8 3o? Or is it better to not have him see that you raise complete crap and choose maybe hands like J 2s, Q 2s, 4 5s( hands that dont flop well but dont make villain feel like you are raising any 2)

Well I would want him to see this if it's cheap so that every time you raise with premium he is less inclined to give you credit for it. When you're shallow though it's probably not going to work out that way as you won't get to showdown as much without a reasonable hand.

But i wouldnt want him to adjust. If i get caught with complete garbage several times, he will likely change his limping strategy and we lose that spot to exploit by being too obvious about it.

Was your idea to let him see the 8 3o and then raise only strong Ax and strong pairs cause you expect to be played back at? So we cant raise broadways for value anymore(he will start limptrapping or limp bluffshoving) and we cant profit raising semi-junk hands. I dont see how this is good.

I think balance is the key here. You shouldn't be only raising bluff hands or he will catch on. You also shouldn't only raise value hands or he will catch on. Put the opportunity to make the wrong decision in his hands by making both outcomes possible from his perspective.
