I guess gto wise prob have to call because you dont block

but Id fold because I imagine your average reg check raising too much 8x and just shipping turn

Oh yeah, Id also check flop, because of reasons I mentioned, but if you want/need to mix in this hand in cbet range than Id cbet some combos with

and check rest

The flop is a 60% check back, 40% cbet
BTW think the same.... They're just shipping the turn with with heart or FD that beats us or overpair or whatever.
This is a 90 % gto call, but you should even call with high % when you have some heart https://ibb.co/VCt3bCw

Strangely, You need to fold with high % some J9 with heart call always some without heart...
