I had an almost identical thing happe earlier this year on tittan poker, i internet connection was perfect, disconnected from tittan couldnt log kn for 15/20 minutes no kdea why? whilst sat at two fifties and a 30 hyper, and was blinded out by unkowns in a 2 of the games the games the third I came back a level or so In.. it wasn't the first time I had been dosconected for no apparent reason (not the only time this happebed but the first time I had been blinded out) was unable to resolve the issue with them...was called after I withdrew my bankroll and offered a mediocre deposit bonus
This conviced me to change networks, really sucks because I guess their support sees it as yohr word verses theirs!

I got fully refunded, try to contact VIP support.
