I'm wondering what you make of my raise on the river with 2 pair. Is this a +ev spot to make a thin value-raise on the river here? or it this move -ev?

Do you mean good vs an unknown? Usually minbet+psb is a strong line from a random micro player, your raise is certainly thinnish, unfortunately I can't run a stove on my Phone. Sometimes you see K9/KT or even KQ/AK if they are very passive pf, but in my experience you are beat a good % of the time when he calls that river raise, especially since the 7 is not a brick for his range.

You have to ask yourself what are you getting value from with this raise. I think you had mostly Kx in mind, but honestly naked king plays rarely this way imo and could even fold to a raise. He could have rivered 2p, straight, small flush, sometimes single pair hands. Vs this range it's better to call, maybe if we have top two pair we could consider smallish raise.
That being said, I'm nowhere near top skill level, just my 2c

What does psb mean? But yeah I do think my raise was a mistake as there are too many combos on the board opp could have if I raise here. And so true min-bet + big river shove looks very strong here I'll remember that. Opp ended up showing the flush so I played this hand wrong. Thanks guys.

psb = pot sized bet. You get called/raised here by better much more often than called by worse, so it's a self-owning value raise.
