Is it correct to get this in otr. No sense in worrying about the possible flush right??

Yes and you should be barreling turn/river with this hand also. You have lots of SC in your limping range, aswell as 9x. So you should get lots of respect vs his weak 8x and 5x flop check-calling range.

Given his sizing you shouldn't worry as it looks like a blocking bet.
Against pot sized bet or bigger I just flat.
Also, as said above you should definitely barrel turn.

Let's say we are playing such hand at low stakes and you know that your opponent is a calling station that will never fold (river included) his hand if he has an 8 or a 5 too.
Is correct to bet turn with a calling station opponent unable to fold?

I don't mind checking the turn if your playing a guy who is a calling station that will never fold a pair. If he folds to 2 barrels sometimes then I like barreling the turn. If not I will check if I know they aren't laying a pair down on the turn. I think the river is just a flat though now that we check the turn. I don't see how worse can call, but if hes a fish ya I think jamming is fine.
