Oppo has showed to be a reg able to bluff. The options I considered are:
check /jam
overbet (shove)
bet pot

I like the check jam options because it gives oppo the chance to bluff missed draws, air and value bet completed draws and things that would fold even to a pot size bet. And the bluff here is likely a pot bet, considering the board. On the other side check jam signals a lot of strenght and he could be able to fold hands that would have called a overbet
My fav one, considering all the above, is check jam. What do you think?

I don't like inflating the pot on the turn with a likely drawy river playing OP

turn is fine, no need to go big, range wise I dont think 8 bets at all here, but in practice imo people will play very honestly vs your bet, basically raise strong and call rest so bet is good.
As for river, im not familiar with spin regs, but SB should never check air when you check so check jam is good, but if it is like evqualizer said that people just dont bluff these spots than ofc betting is better
