So... yesterday Pokerstars sent me the chatlogs (which resulted in his chat ban)

I have to say that over the years I've heard all sorts of things while playing poker... but this guy has crossed every possible line, being racist, homophobic, xenophobic and ultimately a scammer (constantly threatening me and trying to extort me 1k, which drove me into creating this thread).

Since I became a professional poker player 10 years ago I've never felt the need to publicly expose anyone.... NEVER.
But this guy takes the cake. Seriously, I had never witnessed such disgusting behavior in poker.

All year round were recurring threats and offenses culminating in this week's extortion attempt.

Some regs I don't know have already posted in this thread attesting to the guy's erratic behavior and other regs I know are afraid to expose themselves so they won't be molested by this lunatic too (i won't blame them for that, tbh).

That was the first message he sent me, completely out of nowhere, threatening me (childishly) with the cartel line and calling me a rat.

At that moment I was relaxing, playing HU casually and streaming for friends. He doesn't believe me and says that actually HE is streaming, lol. Kinda childish line, but ok.

At this point he still didn't know if I was a rec or not, which means that he really berates recs for a living.

My reaction was the same as everyone's reaction: incredulity.
I just didn't take he seriously and found it funny at first.

tl;dr n00ki5 is the biggest coward there is and makes side bets his ego is writing but his body can’t cash. This is a desperate attempt to make him pay the money he owes me but most importantly this works as a warning for the whole poker community.

I share with you guys how this thing went from my POV and what info I had when things happened. Now that I have talked to some people who know n00ki5 in real life I know all about his tragic past: years and years of gambling problems and anger management issues which eventually led to a mental breakdown and legit mental health illness. Had I known that at the time the bet was agreed on, I would have just declined the offer.

I am here to let you all know that you have a rat amongst you who goes by the screenname n00ki5. I’m a hyper husng player and I don’t really know anyone from the Pokerstar’s cash community so that’s why I decided to post here. I would like to get in touch with his backer/-s. All I know about this guy is that he is constantly begging for stakes, he claims to be a nlhe200 cash reg (which I highly doubt because he is so bad at husngs there is just no way a fishreg like that would be profitable at any poker format or variant). He comes to sit regs, runs his mouth and rage quits EVERY time after he loses. I doubt that guy has ever accepted a rematch vs a reg.

Something about how (hyper)husngs work at Pokerstars. There are so called divisions at $15-$1000 stakes. A very simple way of putting it is like this: there is a group of people (lets say at $30 hyper husngs because that’s where most of this takes place) who share lobbies with each other because they have battled each other in the past and noticed it’s much more +ev to share the lobbies with good regs and chase away the less good regs who aren’t in any of the divisions. If you want to move up in stakes and get a share of say $60s lobs, then you have to play vs the 60s division for thousands of games and beat them with like 5 Cev/game, which is still not enough to beat the rake (2,1% rake with no RB, 500 starting chips and 2 minute blind levels), but enough to make them lose so much vs you (both in every game and in loss of income because they cant grind fish on the side) that it makes sense to share the lobbies with you.

Because of this and the lobby system with hyper husngs (only 2 tables available at time per stake) people use a seating script. Nowadays it’s just used to queue for a lobby at whatever stake you wanna play. That is called open-sitting. So not only have one had to spend from hundreds of dollars to tens of thousands of dollars to earn their spot in their division, but also waiting for a lobby takes time too. It’s not like there is non-stop action even at 30-60s level. You usually have 3-8 people on the waitlist (or queue) and 0-3 tables running while you wait for your turn to get the next lobby. And this is why the regs respect the waitlist and other player’s “right” to sit at a said stake (you can see the big boys warring for $500-1k lobs from time to time but I’m excluding those few individuals from this).

The most pathetic and cowardly thing you can do at hyper husngs is to deliberately sit/decline someone. This means that the sit/decliner (in this case n00ki5) waits until you get a lobby, then sits you, declines the rematch, then waits for you to sit again and then repeats that. Okay great. You can do that. If you want to live your life as a failed poker pro who runs his mouth and is the biggest coward ever, then sure keep doing that. But there’s a reason why winning regs don’t do that to each other: you can really f*ck someones $/h just by simply sitting them. Usually if guys have beef at husngs they just play each other to make a point and sometimes they make sidebets. Something like “lets play 1000 games and the player with worse CeV pays the winner xx$”. These sidebets and “hu4rollz” things used to happen a lot more in the past but they are still a thing. So when someone who claims to be a $200nlhe reg starts running his mouth, claiming that I’m not crushing him (his ev-roi vs me was -11% at the time) and that he is willing to “bet any amount you dumb ****” and I say “ok 1k” I would say we have a bet there. Well now it seems n00ki5 isn’t paying what he owes me and comes up with some Ian Fleming level fiction about me trying to blackmail him so that he would stop sitting me. Lol. There isn’t a single husng reg who wouldn’t be happy to have n00ki5 at their table. In fact I believe he is one of the biggest losers in the history of husngs. Now I’m a nice and clean guy. I pay my taxes, I say hello to my neighbours, I send money back to recs if they disconnect and blind out, I offer them some entertainment over the chat etc. So after I had once again humiliated and schooled that scammer n00ki5 he rage quit me. I thought well, that’s only natural given how frustrated he must be atm. So I was willing to give him some time to pay that 1k. in fact I gave him over 3 weeks. But nothing. He came back getting rekt for multiple times and every time he sat me I tried to reason with him over the chat about that sidebet. Now one thing you need to know about n00ki5. He has MAJOR anger management issues. He berates regs and even recs (recs!!!) on a daily basis. People from the cash community to whom I talked about this issue at hand (this was after my original post here a few days ago) said what I suspected: n00ki5 is the spitbucket of poker and no one likes the way he abuses people over the chat. So his chat gets banned often. So I figured maybe he wasn’t able to answer back to me because his chat was blocked. But that wasn’t the case. I railed him playing other people and he just kept running his mouth at them. So I contacted him via Skype and surprise surprise no answer.

So he then sits me again, roughly on 8th of December (depends on the timzones etc) and started once again sit-declining me. Then my patient ran out and I told him I will give him 72h to pay that 1k or I will make a public post about his scam. Well he still kept doing what scammers like him do and ignored my messages and kept s/d me. Then I said fine, I was gonna give you that 72h but now that I think of it again after your recent actions, I’m gonna go and expose you right away. And then the panic kicked in and oh boy did the show start! That little beta cuck snowflake came right here and started to make me look bad so that he wouldn’t have to pay his debts to me. He even asked his friends to harass me here and at the tables. Nice try old man, but not gonna work on the man who wrote the book. He even made up this crazy story where according to him I was trying to blackmail him for 1k and tried to stop made him sitting me I mean sure I would much rather play vs pure recs, but getting almost infinite action from a fishreg who has more holes in his game than a Swiss cheese is pretty nice. Especially since I just love crushing those coward keyboard warriors.

So I reached out to people and got some contacts. Turns out he binked some MTT years ago and then went and lost it all and then his familys money. He ended up with mental health issues and what not. Some people even said they saw him begging for money and food on the streets of Rio de Janeiro. Now I know that’s a sad story and all but that still doesn’t change the fact that what he is doing is wrong. I pretty much never report anyones chat but I did it to him out of spite and his chat got snap-blocked. How do I know? Well he aint running that mouth anymore I even have enough proof so that his account could be frozen but I got a lot of angry messages from regs saying I shouldn’t do that because apparently he is considered free money at the cash tables too. So I’ll sit on those evidence for a while but will contact PS support again if he doesn’t get his **** together.

I know it’s difficult to follow n00ki5 ‘s chat because it’s full of censored stuff because that guy has some serious rage issues.
Now I’m not saying I’m a saint. I’ve played maybe 100k sngs in my lifetime on FTP and Pokerstars. I’ve crossed the line a few times and had my chat blocked. But I’ve learned from those mistakes. But in scammer n00ki5 ‘s case there isn’t even lines to cross anymore. He has completely lost his ****.
Here’s an example how his rage takes over and then the berating starts: He sits someone (in this example me), openshoves 25bb with 84o, I snap-call with KTo (because that’s what heroes do), he loses and then he starts saying **** like “you f*king ******ed fish I hope your family gets a cancer you f*king idiot **** *****!!”. And then I reply something like “I know it must be frustrating to live in a country where official currencies include dirt, chickens and daughters.” Now you see the difference there? My comment was clearly a heel (not sure if I use the term correctly, but something a heel would say) and didn’t violate Pokerstars chat rules. And the best part? It’s 100% true! People do that in the Amazon rainforest. And when he calls me a racist for a comment like that all he is really saying is “those people living in the Amazon rainforest aren’t real Brazilians”. See what I did there? Yes I know, I’m pretty good.
I’ve seen it all when it comes to chat insults. People have wished my family gets cancer so often that if my whole family actually got cancer, sat me down and told me about it, I would probably just go “I ***** knew it. I should have never hero-called with KQo vs that one guy in 2016”.

I honestly don’t care what people say to me in the chat. I let Pokerstars do the chat policing and leave it to them. But now that the scammer n00ki5 started to twist my words and make it seem like I am trying to blackmail him over chat or something I feel like I had to correct him.

He is banned from every division there is because of his constant sit/declining and every reg I have talked with about him says the same thing: that guy is crazy and bad for poker economy. I hope I had known that before.

So what do you cash guys do when you have a pest problem with players like n00ki5? ☹ Do you just slowly but steadily grind him down? I’m thinking about getting some coaching on cash games and start playing at stakes he is playing so that I can lower his “winrate” even more. I’m willing to sacrifice myself for the soul stone.
