I'd raise pre.

I don't think you beat a lot on this river as played, especially if this opponent isn't fooling around a bunch.

interesting, I don't mind V taking a limping strategy at this stack depth since opening 2bb+high cbet % is printing money. It's so profitable I don't really want to discourage v from limping buttons here

If villain doesn't perceive you as a good regular:

1) his limping range will contain too much trash, so we should go all-in preflop
2) he'll consider this river as a very bad card to bluff, so we should fold

But in case you for some reason think villain is very good, and perceives you to be very good, check back is fine and river should be called. But unlikely to be the case!
