It depends, versus random its not a big mistake, I wouldn't even call it mistake.
But vs reg, you have to call down some 8x, or you will get exploited by bluffing everything.
If you are folding this hand, I assume you are folding also worse 8x so you are overfolding in this spot.
And if I have to guess, average reg will barrell a lot, just look at this spot, flop misses you completely, turn is very bad, kinda obvious spot to bluff, some nit regs will see this and not bluff because of this reason, with "its obvious bluffing spot, he will call down light, so I better not bluff" kinda mentality. But most regs Id say would take this spot easily.
