Well I would suggest Stars change the rules in a way to prevent people from accidentally registering in these at such a high rate and from people being able to utilize the timebank as a strategical asset to such an extent.
Options to accomplish that are probably numerous.
I don't think anybody is accusing him of cheating or anything or thinks he should be punished by Stars. They just think it's kind of shady that it's possible for people to make a lot of money this way.
I don't think Stars should really worry about getting rid of these either. The games probably last an hour on average and the same rake is being paid, all while you get people with massive edges on the average opponent. Add it all up, Stars makes way less on these games per fish dollar lost than probably any other game. And to boot, these games aren't very popular, besides guys like Marco, I would guess most of the action would completely dry up if they were aware that it's not out of the ordinary for one of these things to go 2-3 hours.
