Not widely from anything I've seen or heard.

I believe the answer to the question is similar to "do friends/players at the same stakes share HHs."

I'm sure someone, somewhere out there does (or several people), but the vast majority do not.

Who called you a "regfish?"

Usually, even if people are losing against people they think are bad, their ego tells them they are just unlucky, so you're not likely a target for sharing even if the player you're facing happens to be a cheater

There's basically 0 strat talk in cartel chats, much less sharing hand histories. Cartels are surprisingly good about this. Like Ryan said obviously there's always going to be the chance that friends share HHs with each other but I think it's going to be very uncommon (assuming you mean sharing large amounts of HHs to get stats on someone).

I heard 15s cartel was sharing HHs of players trying to move up from 7s..

However its only a rumor thats unconfirmed

I think a lot do share them but for a different database used for off-table analysis only, and not for their HUD while playing, as that could get their accounts banned.

I can confirm that it has never ever happened.
of course friends share handhistories and help out each other, but that does not have anything at all to do with divisions.

The $15s group is just worried that the $7s group is too strong.

It's kind of unfair though, the $3.50s and $7s cartels seem to work together to push some of the weak $15s out, particularly the "Copenhagen Five."
