1. Possible ROI for $1.5 Reg Speed HU for micro stakes zoom cash crusher (8bb+)
2. Same for $3.5
3. Average duration of those types of tournaments
4. Bankroll requirements. Is 20 BI's enough?

I personally think:
1. ~15-20%
2. ~10-15%
3. ~10-15min
4. ~20 BI

Is that correct? And sorry for my bad english.

Probably close to correct, but 5 BI down swings will be very common. Therefore 30+ BI is probably better.

The ROI and bankroll requirements depends on your skill in Heads-UP.

I think you should try to get to the 7$ turbos as fast as possible if you don't want to play hypers. There is a lot of action from weaker players and 80% of the regs are terrible at playing thinking players. The rake is also much lower than at the lower stakes.

There is also a ton of edge to be had from learning how to play bellow 30bb deep, so don't forget to work on that aspect of your game.

Really??! Or were the games much softer 3 years ago despite spins already existing?

(I've never crushed microstakes Zoom, but I'm just curious. My experience at spins at various sites still amounts to something, must be helpful below 30 bb.)

OK, I kinda see where that ROI comes from. At least Mattraq1's approach in Youtube videos was to explore the opponent at t20-t30, not trying to maximise the bb/100 at low blinds, whereas t40-t100 is where most of the exploitation was happening.

So there's a process of collection of reads that's actually more comfortable than at spins because there's just 1 opponent instead of 2, so it's no surprise that a reg's cEV at turbos, let alone regspeeds, is usually more than twice bigger than the HU portion of their spin cEV divided by the frequency of HU finishes (the avg stack being 750 in spin HUs as opposed to 1500 at non-hyper HU).

It's likely not the only valid gameplan, but it's surely suitable for someone who barely knows deepstack strat.
