You are open-folding way too much in the small blind. You are probably folding way too much to preflop raises in the big blind - if your opponents are mostly minraising, you are massively overfolding.
These stat definitions are kind of weird though. For example, I think this BB VPIP stat will include all the times that you fold to SB openshoves. Also if your opponents 3-4x open a lot (micro stakes), then maybe you aren't overfolding much. It's kind of hard to tell. You are definitely folding the SB too much though - you should be playing like 85-90% of hands and 95%+ as stacks get <25bb.
Also, given how tight you are already opening the SB, I think you are folding too much to 3bets (but again, depends on the average sizing you are facing).
Fixing your preflop VPIP will probably increase your ROI 1% at least right away lol.
Probably would be more useful if you posted actual hands or more specific questions.
Your 3bet frequency is also pretty low, but I think that's probably exploitatively correct against your player pool.
General frequencies aren't a great way to assess your play. Your goal shouldn't be to hit certain frequencies really. I mean, there's some threshold for each statistic where there's just no way if you are above/below certain frequency that you are playing well, but it's a pretty wide range in most cases. Also, you could be playing what seems to be a decent frequency, but the range within that frequency is really bad. It's fine to post it though, but just saying it's 'very' limited way to assess your play - much better to post hands and/or general questions.
