I did the full cache rebuild, and it still shows the unknown token error. I tried all possible 4.11.x pt4 versions. Anyone had the same problem and solved it?

As above, rebuild cache will fix this in all likelyhood. Replayer avoids the troublesome cache usually, because "show hud stats at the time of hand" option.

"unknown token" error means something went wrong during the import - you'll probably need someone to manually fix this for you, I'm sure if you contact husng.com support they'll arrange a session.

If you want a possible method to fix it yourself, you can go in %APPDATA%\PokerTracker 4\Data (easy way to get there is PT4's "File -> open user data folder" menu. Close PT4, rename StatDefinitionsCustomized.pt4 and Layouts.pt4 (I suggest just adding a _ to the start of their names), restart PT4 and it should re-download / re-import CoffeeHUD without the missing token error. This will have the side effect of removing any custom stats or hud profiles you may have made before however.

Hi.I have noticed that there is something wrong with the "donk" stat.I've been using for some time PT 4.11.9 and the Coffehud 2.0.3 and sometimes when opponent donk shiped the river hud had count it as a "probe".Today I've updated my PT to 4.11.11 and when opponent donk shiped river it didn't count it at all.What can cause this? And lately it takes sometimes 3 hands for my hud to appear...

How can I visualize my lifetime stats in coffeehud for a given buyin level? I have already created a new database with all the hands I want, but if I open the replayer for one hand, coffeehud shows villain stats. Hero stats are the overall ones. I would like to see my stats per eff. BB, as they are shown for villain. Changing "player" in top left to some villain does not seem to change anything.

so long as the database contains only the hands you are interested in (and it sounds like you have done this step) - go menus HUD -> Hud Profile Editor, change each panel (excluding hero, table) to "hero only", Apply, OK, and then replay a hand. It should show your "lifetime" stats in full coffeehud. There's also a "show hero lifetime stats" option in the replayer that may need checked if it isn't already.

Once you're done remember to change all the panels back to "everyone but hero" before playing again.

Hey guys, I have a problem.

Donk river stat doesn't seam to work at all. ( When villain c/c c/c flop and turn and then donks river ). It's always at 0/0. Pretty sure it used to work before. I've tried rebuilding cache, didn't help. I have PT v4.11.2

NoteCaddy 2.5 is just out and we had to await that release, hence the delay.

how can i view my own stats using coffee hud, I want to see what others are see of my stats if they are using coffee hud. I cant get it to show my own in the pt4 hand replayer

CoffeeHUD was updated to fix a few minor bugs as well as address a PT4 system HUD conflict issue.

Here's a full link about the update.

Note: We have invested in a method that will circumvent the regular updating process. You will now receive a brand new HUD in addition to the last version, when we update.

This means, for users with custom stats, custom groupings, custom colors, layouts, etc. You will not be forced to use a brand new version without your customizations each time we update.

However, in order to use the update, you'll have to select that new HUD in your profiles, and it will come raw (without your customizations). If you just want to use your old version with customizations, that is perfectly fine, and one of the considerations in us investing time, money and resources into this customized update solution.

This is currently the best we can do, and it allows you to customize the update to your liking at your own convenience, rather than a forced customization.

Still doesn't work, even after the new update. It's both turn and river donk stats that don't work and just stand at 0/0 all the time.

Is the CoffeeHUD4Cash for CAP tables or is there another one that you use for the regular tables?

When users buy CoffeeHUD Cash, they get both a full stack and CAP version.

The difference is in the effective stacks.

It seems that when I want to visualize custom stats defined by CoffeeHud in the Holdem range visualizer they just don't appear there. Does somebody knows someway to fix this?

It's something PT4 is looking to fix. They accidentally blocked that for commercial HUDs. There is no ETA on a fix, it might not even be fixed until PT4, which there is no ETA on either as far as I know.

I understand that this might take a long time. Couldn't you guys provide some workaround for this issue? I am a total a noob in PT4 so what I am about to ask is probably non-sense.

I see the custom stats from PT4 are visible both in the HUD (ofc!!) and in the player report. Is the source code that was used to create those stats available somewhere? If that's avaible I can simply create some new custom stats by copying those so that they will appear in the range visualizer.
Maybe coffee can help with this?

There's no way for us to workaround as far as I know. The stats are visible in the HUD and player report because PT designed it that way. They didn't mean to block them from the visualizer I believe, but they did.

We would have to have PT4 source code I think to develop a workaround (it would be an update though I think, not a workaround), but that's not very realistic or practical in any sense.

It's one of those things that we just need to wait for them I believe.

One thing that might help speed up the process: if this is something you feel strongly about, send PT4 an email and let them know that you as a customer would like them to prioritize hand visualizer stats for commercial HUDs. At the end of the day, PT4 is a company like us or most other companies: If enough people want something, it will get more priority. And customers can make the company's job easier by telling them what they prefer.

I wish I had a better answer. The only alternative, potentially, would be if Notecaddy has this. If Notecaddy has this, the Notecaddy commercial HUD system would allow you to do this I believe. I'm not sure if NC has a hand visualizer type feature though.

Hi everyone!

Today we have updated the HU Cash edition of CoffeeHUD. The major update for this version is that all of the CoffeeHUD elements have been renamed just as we had done with the 2.0.4 update for the HUSNG edition of CoffeeHUD. This is intended to resolve rare installation errors that have occured in the past. While working on this update, a few errors were detected and fixed as well. Most notably, the counter for hands vs minraise in bb was not filtering correctly for the 10-13 bb line, which has now been fixed.

It is highly recommended that CoffeeHUD for HU Cash users who are using a version of PokerTracker that is 4.11 or newer perform a full cache rebuild in the Database Management window of PT4. We have seen reports suggesting that this is necessary any time you create custom stats or import a custom add-on (such as a custom HUD, like CoffeeHUD). If you are using PT versions from 4.10.6 to 4.10.9, this is not necessary. Fortunately, the steps themselves are simple. From the main PT4 screen, select as follows: "Database", "Database Management", "Rebuild Cache", "Full Cache Rebuild".

While the previous version was called 1.0a, today's update carries the version number of 1.0.1 to better align it with the versioning system that is used for the HUSNG edition of CoffeeHUD.

Just as we have done with the past two updates to the HUSNG edition, this update to the HU Cash addition will cause the updated profiles to be installed in parallel with the previous 1.0a profiles in order to prevent your own customizations to the HUD from being discarded and to give you time to transition into using the new updated profile. We have already added all 1.0a users to 1.0.1 access. All you have to do to install this updated version is start (or re-start, if it is already running) PT4 itself.

As with the previous version, this release of CoffeeHUD for HU Cash has both a 0-30 bb filters "capped" profile and a 0-150 bb filters "deep stack" profile. In the past, a few CoffeeHUD HU Cash customers had only the "capped" profile. With the release of this update, we have corrected this and now everyone that has access to CoffeeHUD for HU Cash will see both profiles in their list of HUDs.
