Or right-click somewhere in reports/Results tab and add 'chips won adjusted by all-in equity' (All-in Adj) and divide it by the number of games played

Go to reports, Tournament, Tournament Results Tab, click stats on the top left and add Chips (EV adjusted) , divide it by number of games and you have cev/game
