About 60 hands w/ villain, who calls very light (w/ exception of c-bets): he called a river bet w/ a 3flush board w/ T high.

Start building the pot by raising the flop, lots of value with your Q kicker. As played, raise the turn bigger (if you had bet yourself, it would be closer to 180-200, so don't hesitate to raise "big" versus his small bet).
