Didn't want to flat J5o vs a 3x so instead i went for a 3bet. It was the first one and i didn't know how he would handle them.

Hand is pretty weird. I cbet the flop which i didn't know if i should or not basically when he doubt i go for more aggressive move and pray he folds
But he calls, turn is Tc which which puts more draws out there and some get there. So i decide to check. He bets and be bets big... So what's your move from here?

I don't have an idea what is good and what not pre, but I'd definitely start by checking flop - you don't get much value, you don't need much protection...
