PokerStars, €23.25 + €1.75 - Hold'em No Limit - 20/40 - 2 players
Hand delivered by Upswing Poker

SB: 790 (20 bb)
BB (Hero): 710 (18 bb)

Pre-Flop: (60) Hero is BB with 2 A
SB raises to 80, Hero calls 40

Flop: (160) Q 6 2 (2 players)
Hero checks, SB checks

Turn: (160) 4 (2 players)
Hero checks, SB checks

River: (160) 5 (2 players)
Hero checks, SB bets 160, BB (Hero) folds

Oppo is a reg. According to the solver, i should have shoved 60% and called 40%... I think that shoving here against real players is very bad. What do you think?

Why do you think shoving is bad exactly?

Because IMHO Regs, at least at my level, wouldn't usually value bet with a pot size with two pairs or kk in this spot. So it would either be a straight or a bluff
what do you think?

I agree a lot of regs are too polar in this spot.

If you think villain just has nuts or air, call your bluffcatchers if you think he is bluffing too often and fold them if you think he has value too often.

If you think villain is bluffing too often in this spot, pick your x/r bluffs from non-bluffcatcher combos.

If you are confident villain is betting nuts or air, but you are not sure about his value:bluff ratio, then just call enough bluffcatchers to be slightly above the minimum defense frequency -- ideally choosing your calls from combos that unblock villains bluffs.

Villain should not have a lot of 3X combos that arrive at this node, so it's really pretty easy for villain to overbluff if he is betting a polar range.
