Bluffcatch spot on river with top pair good kicker?

What you do as villain with A 10-A K without history? Is it enough to bluffcatch vs some missed flushdraws like Q 10s, Q Js, J 10s, K 10s, K Qs, K Js? Adding a few more combos of pairs possibly turned into bluffs and its easy call?

I said Qc8c so a flushdraw(im not chasing any naked gutshots) and no, calling the flop is just fine this deep vs such a small bet with a flushdraw.

Calling 3b-s with hands i listed vs non-nit players is standard. You have position, you can float some flops and bluffraise some when you dont hit. We are not playing just to hit a flop.
