what you did asking him a monthly fee to not play him is called "pizzo" in italy, is something the mafia does. you shouldn't be alloweed to play him ever again.

surely you can get ftp to ban other people from playing you on the grounds of harassment without the chat that went with this.

meh, the fact that you told him to pay you a monthly fee is pretty scummy...

IDK what they should have done to you, but they should have given you a warning that you can't stalk someone/charge them a fee to NOT sit them. Its ridiculous to make it so that you cannot sit with this guy, especially if he's going to sit in the same lobbies as you (in HS HU sngs where the player pool is pretty tiny).

I am very interested in the offer you made him tho. How much?

Its a dangerous game for ftp as well because where are they drawing the line on this?
and how do they plan on policing this when hundreds of players aren't allowed to play each other anymore.

I think some kind of punishment or warning would be fine (banning seems ridic tho esp 7 days as does preventing you playing him) since what OP did may be borderline illegal (basically blackmail no?) but people say stupid **** in chat all the time and there is no proof of his intentions beyond this.

I am glad FTP did what it did.

Basically, the OP threatened to beat up a kid unless he turned over his lunch money everyday. That **** is redonkulous and should not be tolerated, even if it is not strictly against the rules. Maybe the Op should grow up, lose the grade school mentality that he can get away with whatever he feels he wants to do and join the rest of reasonable society, maybe even contributing something besides date rapes and AIDs jokes.
