Despite their best attempts, HU Hypers are still going strong and was looking for some updated info. Last legit thing I saw was 2021.

Plenty of 2021 or even earlier stuff will be up to date, even private staking program type content.

You just have to avoid teachers who are teaching "what they feel/what works" versus teachers who are teaching a more fact-based style, how to adjust to different styles/statistics, bayesian thought processes.

And especially with the move towards optimal play, it's not longer stuff that needs updating every year or two.

Luckily, few coaches are teaching stuff like "I check raise here to show them I'm not messing around" and "I often just like to bluff 53 preflop, it seems like a good hand to do that with" anymore. That was far more prevalent 5, 10, and especially 15 years ago. There are still "feel" players out there, even successful ones, but over time most people have concluded that they just have walked into some success and/or have trouble putting into words why they do certain things. Most of the teachers out there today are far beyond that basic level of explaining themselves now though.

Watch free vids/previews, find someone you're comfortable with and go from there as far as content/coaching goes. I'd be skeptical of something over five years old, but hey, even Mersenneary's free ebook holds up, as it was one of the most comprehensive pieces of material in HU play to teach you how to think and approach problems, not "what play to make."

its a 25bb 2 player poker, nothing has changed last 10 years. Its not a rocket science - play decent = break even vs cartel and win vs fish.
Only change is that cartels sit lower and lower stakes, maybe even 7s now?
